We are pleased to offer our services to help homeowners with a damp or timber problem, or prospective purchaser after their Building Society Surveyor has reported and requested a specialist report.
All inspections are carried out by an industry trained surveyor and aim to provide a detailed appraisal of the properties condition.
A full Damp Inspection is charged at £65.00.
A full Timber Inspection is charged at £65.00.
If you require a combined inspection this is charged at £95.00.
You will receive a detailed appraisal of your property, supported by photographs, floor layouts and dimensions. Our inspection will look at the full visible exterior of the property and loft and cellar (if applicable). It may be necessary to remove some floorboards (subject to approval of the client) if it is deemed that a problem may be hidden below, although tell tale signs above floor level can often avoid this action.
We charge for our property inspections as we aim to provide a non-biased report that you can clearly understand and where problems are found our recommendation are based on the latest remedial methods. Our surveys take time and endeavour to provide a valuable report of your properties condition.
